广州华立学院外国语学院是重要的外语人才培养基地,开设英语、日语两个本科专业,在校生超过1200人,并承担全校大学英语及大学日语公共教学任务。
英语专业以语言、文学、文化交流为基础,突出国际商务和跨文化传播技能,培养精通商务翻译、跨文化交流、教学与科研的双语人才。日语专业以“日语为主、商贸为辅”,注重培养流利的日语表达能力和跨文化交际能力,毕业生可在日企、翻译、教育、外贸、旅游等行业发展。
学院拥有一支以教授、副教授领衔的高素质师资队伍,硕博学历教师超过90%。学院持续推进“外语+”特色教学改革,强化核心课程建设,引入础滨语言教学技术,拥有多个省级、校级精品课程及研究机构。

叁、应聘条件
- 学历:硕士及以上(语言教育相关专业优先)
- 语言:母语为英语,能用普通话沟通者优先
- 经验:两年以上相关教学经历或持 TEFL/TESOL
- 品行:仪表得体、师德良好、身体健康、无犯罪记录,遵守中国法律法规
- 年龄与健康:身体健康,原则上年龄不超过50岁(符合础类人才要求的可以适当放宽年龄限制),且拥有合法的工作签证,签证有效期不得少于6个月。
(注:外国人在中国境内工作必须同时持有两证:(1) 有效的《外国人就业证》或《外国人专家证》等工作许可证件。(2)有效的工作类居留许可。学校可协助办理相关证件。)

About the School of Foreign Studies
The School of Foreign Studies at Guangzhou Huali College is a leading institution for cultivating foreign language talents, offering undergraduate programs in English and Japanese, serving over 1,200 students, and providing general English and Japanese courses for all college students.
The English Major emphasizes language, literature, and cultural exchanges, specializing in international business and cross-cultural communication skills. Graduates possess solid bilingual abilities and expertise in business translation, intercultural communication, education, and research. The Japanese program integrates strong language skills with commercial knowledge, preparing students with fluent Japanese expression and cross-cultural capabilities, enabling them to pursue careers in Japanese enterprises, translation, education, trade, and tourism.
The school boasts a qualified faculty team with professors and associate professors at its core; over 90% of faculty members hold master's or doctoral degrees. Committed to "Foreign Language+ AI" education reform, the school strengthens core curricula, explores AI-assisted language teaching, and has developed numerous provincial and institutional high-quality courses and research centers.

II. Position Responsibilities
1. Deliver undergraduate English language instruction
2. Participate in curriculum development and pedagogical reform initiatives
3. Support the school's internationalization and cultural exchange activities
III. Qualifications
1. Education: Master's degree or higher (preference for language education or related fields);
2. Language: Native English speaker; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus;
3. Experience: Minimum two years of relevant teaching experience OR valid TEFL/TESOL certification;
4. Character: Professional appearance, strong teaching ethics, good health, clean criminal background, compliance with Chinese laws and regulations;
5. Age & Health: Good physical health, generally under 50 years of age (age requirements may be relaxed for A-category talent candidates), valid work visa with minimum 6 months remaining validity
Note: Foreign nationals working in China must possess both: (1) valid Employment Permit for Foreigners or Foreign Expert Certificate, and (2) valid work-type residence permit. The university can assist with obtaining required documentation.
